Job Description

We are urgently looking for an experienced Head Chef with strong leadership skills to manage kitchen operations and deliver high-quality food. The candidate must be passionate about culinary excellence, menu innovation, and maintaining international hygiene standards. You will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, controlling food costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Design and update menus based on customer preferences and trends.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to perform efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Control inventory, food costs, and minimize wastage.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for fresh and quality ingredients.
  • Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Work closely with management to plan special menus and events.
  • Maintain consistency in food preparation and portioning.
  • Handle customer feedback related to food quality.
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of all orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
  • Work under pressure during peak hours and ensure efficiency.
Educational Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene is preferred.
  • Formal culinary training from a recognized institute is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience can be considered in place of formal education.
Skill & Experience
