Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our chefs in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, hygienic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth kitchen workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Assist chefs in basic food preparation tasks such as cutting, washing, and organizing ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
  • Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
  • Support kitchen staff during busy hours and rush periods.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste properly and follow hygiene regulations.
  • Keep kitchen floors, counters, and workstations clean and organized.
  • Help in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
  • Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff and chefs.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are cleaned after use.
  • Assist in setting up kitchen stations before service.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and follow safety guidelines.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the kitchen supervisor.
Educational Requirements
  • Basic education required.
  • No formal qualification required, but hotel or kitchen training is a plus.
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices is preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
