Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and customer service. You will be responsible for preparing drinks, managing the bar area, and ensuring an excellent experience for guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, mocktails, and soft drinks.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Ensure proper stocking of bar inventory and supplies.
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible serving practices.
  • Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
  • Handle customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain knowledge of drink recipes and menu offerings.
  • Ensure glasses, utensils, and bar equipment are clean and ready.
  • Assist in creating new drink recipes and promotions.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff when needed.
  • Handle payments and billing accurately.
  • Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
  • Work efficiently during peak hours and maintain service speed.
  • Report any issues or shortages to management.
Educational Requirements
  • Basic education required.
  • Bartending certification or training is preferred.
  • Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation is an advantage.
  • Relevant work experience can substitute formal education.
