Job Description

We are looking for a polite and energetic Bellboy to assist guests with luggage and provide excellent service. Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
  • Greet guests warmly and offer assistance upon arrival.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with front desk staff for smooth guest service.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and entrance areas.
  • Ensure luggage is handled safely and securely.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements when needed.
  • Respond quickly to guest calls and service requests.
  • Follow hotel policies and service standards.

Educational Requirements
